What Information is collected and how is it used?
When you visit dateva.biz, we collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide to us. The types of information we collect and what happens to it depends upon why and how you are interacting with us. Here are some examples where you will provide personal information to us. When you:

- agree to receive the Dateva DIGEST or other information and materials from us or subscribe

Product purchase or subscriptions:
Should you decide to purchase a product, service subscription, publication or a promotional offering from us, you will have to provide your contact information and credit card number so we can process your order. When you submit your payment information, we don’t see or collect it. We contract with a recognized and secured third party payment processer who has demonstrated to us that they have technical, organization, and physical safeguards to protect your financial information. If you mistakenly post information in our community areas and would like it removed, you can send us an email to request that we remove it by following the process described below in the section titled, “Access to and Corrections of Your Information”. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information.
Mail and Mailing List:
We will not send you any on-line newsletter or similar e-mail communication/mail to you unless you expressly consent to receive such communication from us. You will always have the opportunity to “unsubscribe” from receiving the communication and/or be removed entirely from all mailing lists.

We make no representations and undertake no obligations as to the security or use of information you voluntarily include when submitting content outside of dateva.biz.

We are a supporter of the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards and the Broadcast Code for Advertising to Children and do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have
collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
Access to and Corrections of Your Information:
You have the right to know what information we have about you and to correct any inaccuracies. If you subscribe to our website or our applications, you can modify certain information by logging in and accessing your account. We may not be able to delete your information without also deleting your user account. You will not be permitted to examine the information of any other person or entity.
